This was me a few months back;
Just received my item, but there's a part missing from inside it, so it does not work..
Can you send a photo.
How do I photo something that's not there?

Another time, I bought a wheelie office chair, when raised the seat gradually lowered itself.
Me; I need a new hydraulic bit, this one 'sinks'.
