    Seems like what you need is heating .Gas (bottled) is easy to do but can produce condensation so you will have to air out the shop when not heating and keep a checking for rust, but it will get you out there and it warms up fast.

    If you look how glass/aly. walls are fixed/braced for a walk in shower they have a rod to an adjacent wall and are quite strong so do something along these lines .     You need to know the radius of the disc, as a quadrant of radius base and height is the only area that you can use safely if the toy blocks are easy to work in this area your good to go the belt will cater for larger area blocks good square fences are nice to have.

    If the rafters are all same length it looks like the long wall tops have spread realign then pilot drill the ridge board and screw into the center line of the correctly positioned say right hand rafter then in the next bay into the left hand and so on then screw at a angle there opposite numbers...

    Second hand fire doors are solid timber and heavy, covered with 18mm mdf and softwood under frame job done for little money any design you care for and little time spent .

    New workshop build

    Those roof trusses look very poor to me and i think you should do them again checking your dimensions and make sure you have the sides of the structure temporally fixed parallel. It will increase there strength and you will be satisfied with the job even if it slowed progress at the time.

    The fixing will experience mostly compression forces and will be glued to the rocker so glue and plug with same wood.

    Axminster sell a100mm to 51mm reducer that connects to a 2.9m long hose and stepped adapter . If i use the main SIP 100mm extraction system which is external and use the above to various smaller power tools will this work ok has any one a similar set up, any info would be use full.

    Poor show by the test garage they have loads of time to do the test so could have corrected it and still finished in the allotted time with no extra paper work.
