disc- and belt sander advice needed

I'm looking for a way to considerably speed up the sanding of wooden toy blocks.

Would a small disc and belt sander combo be a good way to do this ?

I'm quite interested in this little model, not a UK product though.

You need to know the radius of the disc, as a quadrant of radius base and height is the only area that you can use safely if the toy blocks are easy to work in this area your good to go the belt will cater for larger area blocks good square fences are nice to have.
