'She seems to have provoked you!'
Yes, I'm livid! ...or maybe just passing the time with a vague statement on a video using a thumbnail that is more about the person than the subject at hand.
'Is that what you do?'
Yes, like most people. If i go to job interview I am expected to turn up in a shirt and tie. I could turn up in a vest top and shorts but I would likely be judged negatively. Everyone judges everyone all of the time.
'Surprise surprise!

'
Not that surprising. I've built a guitar and watch a lot of videos on guitar making. She makes videos about guitar making, youtube shows you videos of people making guitars. Not all her videos have clickbait thumbnails.
'But you don't choose your looks. Do think she should wear a mask or something?'
But you do choose your 'look'. If you post videos with thumbnails with your top half open then you entirely chosen to use your looks to attract attention. If every single video has a thumbnail with your face on it then you have chosen to market your brand with your looks.
'I thought it was YT about sharpening. You and others seem to think otherwise and will have certainly generated more clicks!'
I've already said after watching the video that it is not as good as others as it does not focus on the actual sharpening part in many shots. (the entire point of the video). Which comes full circle to my original point that I don't tend to click on thumbnails that are trying to pull me in with things that have nothing to do with the subject.
