pointing out that Trump is a pathological liar and highly corrupt, is just fact
it doesnt make anybody a "left leaning virtue signaller"
her campaign was perfectly fine, you are just trying the culture war playbook
Ive not see any "they/ them" mentioned by Harris at all in any of her rallies
Well, I definitely think of you (to the extent that I do at all) as left leaning Robin. Almost horizontal in fact, and you do like to leap in with a bit of Robiny judgement.
As for pronouns, clearly you have not been paying attention. Had you wished to be part of her campaign team you could chose from 9 bizarre pronouns or just pick your own.
Options include "he/him," "she/her," "they/them" "xe/xem," "ze/hir," "ey/em," and "hir/hir" and "Hu/hu". Or you could just float about, by using "Fae/faer".
I suggest that your typical working class or middle class American regards this as absolutely nuts. When asked what she would do to change the clearly senile Biden's policies she reportedly said "nothing". For people concerned about immigration she had a poor record and no credible policy. The truth is she was only VP because of a box ticking exercise at the last election. America is evidently not ready for a black or of colour, female president with no discernible policies, who giggles inanely in response to questions, and who is frequently incomprehensible, hence the often used "word salad" phrase.
Michelle Obama stood a chance and would have been far better, but senile Joe hung on too long, leaving them with the default failure option of Harris. Much of the media were deluded about her chances, but the US people clearly felt she was hopeless. The map of blue versus red is very telling.
As I said, I am not a Trump fan, but frankly the US electorate had little choice. Although I don't know this as fact, I suspect that most red state American citizens have no interest at all in supporting Ukraine or spending hard earned taxes on it. Starmer is hopefully focussed on repairing diplomatic relations that his gofor Lammy has soured.
