It is always best to not create the problem in the first place as then there is nothing to fix but maybe Starmer really did think Harris would win as he is really good at getting things wrong, now he has a problem.

it will be interesting to see if the American political system is robust enough to resist being broken by Trump and his sycophants

also sadly the division, hatred and anger will now continue for the next 4 years unabated

If you want to rebuild a broken economy then you start off by not doing anything the Labour government has done and then you need to stabilise global conflict because that is not good for the financial markets and much better than trying to make money from war is just straight commerce, you want all markets open for business.

Well I don't know about the sexual predator thing but you clearly condone the liar Starmer!
ah so you know everything there is to know about the disgusting democrats behaviour (yet can't give examples) but when it comes to the person you think should be in charge you somehow managed to miss

I don't condone Starmer either, I've never said I supported Starmer or vote for him, you are just assuming things.

OMG he has just made a speech indicating removing sanctions from Russia and NK.
you have to repay the favour....

How Russian Money Helped Save Trump’s Business

After his financial disasters two decades ago, no U.S. bank would touch him. Then foreign money began flowing in

his businesses kept failing: In 2004, Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts filed for bankruptcy with $1.8 billion dollars of debt.

But Trump eventually made a comeback, and according to several sources with knowledge of Trump’s business, foreign money played a large role in reviving his fortunes, in particular investment by wealthy people from Russia and the former Soviet republics.

You really are entertaining, aren't you!. Do you not realise that your opinion doesn't count?
You've spent your time lambasting Trump and his supporters but the majority of the American people prefer Trump to what was on offer from the Democrats.

It says far more about you than those you've denigrated for supporting Trump.
Go away and grieve by all means but stop being a sore loser...you're beginning to sound like a 2016 Democrat!

Starmer won with 412 seats
But as a percentage of the UK population the win was not good, a very low turnout so between the Conservatives and lack of voters it was given to him on a plate and how has he repaid the people who did vote for him. Basically same old labour of old, borrow and spend, spend and spend again whilst accepting no reponsbility for your actions which were the result of decisions that you made. He has hit pensioners, small businesses, students and farmers so he has already accepted it will be his only time at number ten. He will get some idea of what people think when that by election comes up as a result of one of his MP's not liking being told the truth and lashing out.

Tony :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
there is nothing in my post that indicates "sore loser", but well done with the ad hom attempt

I am simply pointing out facts, I am sorry if that upsets you

Trump is a right wing populist who stoles division and hatred
there is ample evidence to show he will do what he can to damage democracy

Tony, you are more than welcome to provide a counter argument

Do yourself a favour, get a life! There are some very bitter people who are left wing in outlook All that bitterness can't be good for their health.

Harris ran a shockingly bad campaign. as she did not realise she was in America. "I’m for you, Harris is for they/them" pretty much sums it up. Along with his line referring top Katy Perry "WEe don't need a star, because we have policies".

Left learning virtue signallers can criticise Trump all they want - he is popular in the US and won pretty much a landslide. Starmer was a fool to make an enemy of him during the campaign. I'm no Trump fan, but Harris was clearly incompetent.
