Maybe. Maybe Xi doesn't care all that much. Reportedly some alarm there about Russia and Norks getting cosy, and a huge part of Russia was previously China (long memories and all that). Interesting to see how they react.

The principle concern of Saudi Arabia is Saudi Arabia.
Why would they choose to reduce the price of oil by flooding the market. They have spent decades engineering alliances and structures to optimise the price of oil. They are not threatened in any way by the war in Ukraine - reducing the price of oil could even up the threat from Iran.
Russia still have huge amounts of foreign currency reserves - most informed commentators see little prospect to an end to hostilities in Ukraine because Russia can't afford it. Saudi could depress the price of oil on world markets - but I wouldn't bet on it!!
Not really, half of it is frozen (by sanctions-related measures) and they have dropped a ton of the rest trying to support their currency. They wouldn't be panicking into imposing capital controls if they felt their foreign currency reserves were healthy, they'd just carry on propping up the currency like they have for the last few years.

India buys crude oil and LNG from Qatar, Saudi, Iraq not just Russia

It looks like Germany will transition to a post-industrial, service economy, just like all the other main Western economies, built on house prices, debt and financial sleight of hand. Vorsprung durch Technk, as they say in Germany.

Your list contains things that, as far as I understand them, are perfectly valid, true statements, and yet you say that they have all been proven to be false. One of us is detached from reality, and I am entirely comfortable with the idea that I do not know everything. Therefore, could you show me where I am going wrong please?
For example, Victoria Newland is on record confirming that the US spent $5 billion spreading largesse around the Ukraine in the run up to the 2013 chaos. That's a lot of bribes- you could make 1,000 new millionaires, for example,e. She is also on record, through the infamous "fcuk the EU" phonecall, deciding who among the various corrupt plutocrats available to the State Department, would be best suited to run the place after the coup that never happened. But you say no US government involvement (or did you mean specifically no CIA involvement, as a mealy-mouted get-out-of-jail-free, clever hide the truth in the truth statement?) Who to believe - the US assistant secretary of state, the US ambassador to the Ukraine, or your good self? I am in a quandary, so any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Putin's main reason for being in Syria is to prevent the construction of the proposed pipeline from the South Pars/North Dome gas field in the Persian Gulf to Southern Europe. South Pars/North Dome is by far the largest gas field in the world, holding almost as much recoverable reserves as all the world's other fields combined. Currently it is liquified and exported in tankers. A pipeline to Europe would reduce prices and seriously jeopardise Uncle Vlad's gas exports there.
Well, that and Tartus. (North African front and all that).
