Planning Consultant required North East

We are currently have a planning issue in the North East and are looking for a recommendation for a planning consultant.
Ideally in the North East familiar with Northumberland planning policies to help us.
We have received an enforcement notice due to a complaint from a neighbour and require some help.

Im not in that area, but see if you can root out one that used to work in the planning department ( theres a guy locally here that was head of planning )
They'll know what buttons to press and have contacts in the right places, along with the knowledge of what's what.....
