Imperial (XL) timing belt

I am having difficulty sourcing a supplier of a timing belt 142-XL-037, Record power have qouted me £17.85 for 2 delivered, there is fish4parts who do the imperial XL belts at under a £1 each but only do them in divisions of 10 so they do a 140-XL-037 or 150-XL-037.

If I have to pay £18 for a couple of tiny belts I might as well upgrade my machine to one with metric belts

Does anyone know of a supplier that might do these belts please.

One thing I forgot to say was it's for a Record Power BDS150

Have you tried the states, plenty of them there from about $4 just need to find someone to ship here

try RS Components, they stock contitech belts and have 140 XL 037 in stock if that will do.

its too small Phil unless I fit a smaller pulley, but thats another headache.

There's thousands in the states but then there is the shipping costs, it looks as though i'll have to get them from Record.

Thanks Ivan, same old story, they only do them in divisions of 10, I will investigate tomorrow whether or not in can do any mods on the machine so it will accept the smaller belt, after all its only one tooth or 5.08mm, i've got to find another 1.5mm on the tensioning :?
