Anyone know what this is for?

I was sorting out a collection of old tools and cam across this. Has anyone seen one before? I thought it could be some kind of rebate chisel but the angled end puzzles me. Any ideas?

Surely its an awkward screw driver? 90 degrees difference should allow quite a good go at a screw.

I'd be inclined to go for a drawer lock chisel.
