The motor speed is fine, that’s the standard speed for a 2 pole motor at 50Hz. You must check the length of the existing motor / how much room you have to accommodate a 90L for its length.
A permanent Cap is no good for a P/T, too much start up torque is require, you need a start and a run cap.
Id keep an eye on the usual places for a secondhand motor / new not needed motor. They often turn up, TEC is just brand of motir I’ve used on lots of wood working machines, a number of which are used in full commercial shops where they run 8 hours a day. Not had a single issue. However, there are lots of good brands, just avoid the generic chinesium stuff, no name, no brand.
