    I only have a 2005 price 2400x1200x50 £13.80 lots of different thickness available from 'buildbase'. I used a thin flexible dowel flush pull cut saw for its small kerf to make any cuts.

    If i thickness softwood with no extraction on my m/c the chips can get under the roller and dent the surface.But like you have found out s/h woodwork m/c's get good prices.

    Any Computer Boffins?

    How are these shelves made?

    A metal welded up structure along the rear edge of each shelf and between shelfs the black part covers the main structure and fixings also the shelves are routed to cover there strengtheners.Thats my guess.

    Storage inspiration needed.

    The picture above is quite old taken at the end of construction of a extension to the shop but with most of the tools moved back in . The table saw is next door in the garage and has to be moved to garage the car.
