They look nice but I'm going to be 'that guy' that points out that they don't meet our building regs. Wouldn't be too hard to do but they would have to put a bar to fit the gap in the riser so it wasn't bigger than 100mm gaps (I think) and of course an enclosed handrail (the next video shows them putting on a handrail but there are hardly any uprights so kids can fall through. With it built to our regs it would still look nice but not as open as they show it there.

Not to do them down but It's one of those projects that looks amazing but isn't actually that hard to do if you are handy with a welder and can cut a board straight.

I'd hate to think how much it would cost to pay someone to make these

I was sure it was a staircase, then not so sure then yes it’s a staircase. Hell of a lot of preparation and work . Ignoring the uk safety regs I can’t deny that guy has done an amazing job. Certainly didn’t cut any corners- pun not intended..
