Not hard to do replacing linear rails and carriages is only a matter of exchanging like for like, the ball screws were 12 x 3mm to small a pitch so I replaced with 16 x 5mm and new steppers for each axis and a new controller.
Once you know all the dims you can find packages in China and some will cut screws to length all at a reasonable price.
