I enquired about painting treated timber some time ago, the answer being the pressure treatment should be left for a few weeks to "wheather" after which time it will accept paint,
But that may well have changed, as now everything seems to be water based.
As you say, it would probably be best to check with whoever is supplying the shed/ garden paint, Cuprinol or Ronseal
Spring to mind F'r instance, and see what they say as well as the timber's supplier.

Bedec paints over pressure treated wood fine. They are also helpful technically if you call them

I would think that most fascia boards were made of treated wood and painted? I can't imagine anyone not using treated wood for that. I don't know. Is it likely to be significantly different to painting over something you've treated yourself? I've often done that.
