Having now seen the plans for
a Saw Horse how does one get the angle using a sliding bevel. Do you just get a protractor and measure it out and if so where do you place the base of the protractor against the handle of the bevel to make the angle?
The angle is 75%

Draw a line at 75d or 15d on a piece of scrap wood --then set the bevel to it,i might also suggest getting a woodworking book of basic techniques.basic tools measuring ect, search around online you should find one.
