I dislike it when anyone is held back due to some personal characteristic such as ethnicity, but I also dislike it when someone is given a leg up for possessing those characteristics over the heads of other more qualified people. She flunked out of the presidential nominations in the first rounds and Biden said that his VP would be either from an ethnic minority and/or be the opposite ***. That's what he got. There's a reason people say DEI stands for 'Didn't Earn It' and in this case it shows and I am not saying I dislike her for it, I dislike the practice and the result in a lot of cases is sub-par performances which is exactly what happened with her campaign. If they'd selected based on merit, then I expect Trump would be instructing his solicitors right now.ah the reason for disliking her. A perceived leg up due to her skin colour/ethnicity.
Have you actually looked at her resume? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamala_Harris
She wasn't working in McDonalds before she became VP. She has had a long career in high pressure jobs.
