I don't recall seeing free plans for a train but there's a chap in the USA that sells plans for $12.95 from his website if you don't mind buying online.

If you don't want anything sophisticated, it shouldn't be too difficult to make your own plans, either through computer software or even with paper, pencil and rule.

Steve Goods as got a small one on is site and it`s free you could re-size and put wheels on that turn it`s under toys
