Supplies near Harrogate?

I need to be in Harrogate in two weeks time for a day or two (not from the UK). Any WT supplies near by? If not, any recommended wood source?

IIRC When you fly home your Immigration apes will sieze any wood you are trying to take in to USA.

I would recomend a trip further east to Snainton (http://www.snaintonwoodworking.com/) infront of a trip to Boddies - only slightly further but a lot more interesting and much better value for me as a rule.

I'm with Lurker with this,
Check with US customs before bringing anything into the US.
Importing plant life of any sort seems to upset them even when the said plant appears to have been dead for some time. ie. wood blanks.
They likely will say, no problem but better to check first instead of having it seized, (costly)

Agree, Snainton is a woodturning supplier, Boddies is a sawmill that sells some woodturning stuff.
