Hi all,

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I'm after some brass castors with sockets for a restoration job I have coming up and although the ones on the Rutlands site look pretty much perfect: http://www.rutlands.co.uk/cabinet-hardware/feet-&-castors she baulked a little at the price (£38 for 1x Castor, 1x Socket and 1x Rim) as she needs a pair.

Any suggestions for alternative suppliers please.

Thanks in advance

Richard

Are these any good, or are they the wrong sort?

Another vote for J Shiner, decent quality for the money. They've had a interesting history too.
