So when you come to take the top off the egg with a spoon what angle do you sharpen the edge to 25 or 30 ( could not resist that retrebution for the joke thread )

You can get colour changing plastic eggs that you drop in the pan with the egg, when the colour changes to the level of done you want take them out. Bought one for the wife who likes a boiled egg and works everytime as is reacting to the temp of the water like the egg does.
I prefer fried or scrambled

I never keep eggs in the fridge.

In my previous life i was a lorry driver on and off for 50 + years the last few delivering to supermarket distribution centres and the major egg suppliers deliverd in ambient non refrigerated trailers.
