Small workshop compressor for light use - views?

Hi folks, I'm looking to get a small compressor for light use - I did have a monster that I inherited, but it's scrap now

I need something quiet-ish (not silent, but somewhat silenced), and oil-free. Will be used for light brad nailing, the odd squirt to clean away dust and occasional bike tyre inflation....Don't need to use air tools on a sustained basis.

Any solid recommendations?

I think any of the generic chinese machines will do the job, but quiet they are not.
