scroll and paint tree decoration

cut the shape out of mdf (dare i say it) sealed it and painted us a tree decoration, love doing this sort of stuff and you dont need to be an artist either..

Nice! I don't know about not needing to be an artist though, I certainly couldn't do anything like that, I've tried.

That’s great work.

But I am with Martin and Geoff, no way could I paint anything like that, painting one block colour is my limit, and that’s not good.

Even using the Americana paint which you recommended, I still get a very amateur finish, that’s not decrying your recommendation or the paint in any way, just my rubbish painting.

There is a plus point though, the long haired boss never asks me to do any painting or decorating. :lol:
