It seems that the problem lingers on for more than a decade . I have a Scheppach HS110 table saw, but it seems that blade angle cannot be adjusted to be parallel with the miter slots. The blade housing is fixed to the table with 6 mm screws and there is no "sliding slot" for screws to move left/right. You can move entire table, but this does not make sense if you want to adjust it to the miter slots.
Also, I'm not sure what's the purpose of this metal piece hanging on the same axis as the fixtures, I'm holding it with my thumb on the image.
I'm attaching the image of the blade housing fixtures, for reference.
