Rededa vice spares

Hi All
I've just bought a Rededa no 2 vice. I’ve now noticed that it’s missing the yolk that connects the screw and guide rods at the back of the vice. Does anyone know where I could find Rededa spares?
Please see picture below (this isn't my vice just used the image for demonstration).
Any help gratefully received.

I fear it will be a case of you making your own.
6mm/1/4inch plate, use the vice to give the dimensions, it's only 3 holes..
