Saw in latest Brimarc catalogue an amusing misprint (p97 at top on vertias mk ii sharpening) a new tool - a pokeshave!!

Now I have every respect for Brimarc and am not having a go at them, but I wondered in humour that if a pokeshave existed what it would do!! Poke into awkward holes?

Ideas please!

Any other amusing misprints for new tools or odd names?

I see that Axminster have 'dovetail squares' and say (p377 in their catalogue) 'We're not too sure how something inclined at an angle can be termed as a square but our customers seem happy enough with that'!

surely they are for shaving pigs?

If your pig has managed to get itself into a poke you simply shave it with a pokeshave and apply a generous amount of camellia oil enabling the old porker to wriggle himself free.
