Need a House Name Sign Engraved by CNC, Any Help?

Morning all,

Been asked by a friend of mine to try and sort out a house name sign.
The approx sizes are 30"x12" with 4 words to be machined into it.
I can supply the timber, which will be Oak but I need someone who will be able to do the machining.
I'm in Bedfordshire but willing to travel, one small problem is that he's left it until now to ask me when he needs it for Fathers day!

Any help would be greatly received
