I haven't posted anything for a while so I thought I'd post a couple of shots of the kitchen I've just finished. The oak side is in the breakfast room and is intended to be part of the kitchen but to look like it's not.

oh not keen on those tiles Simon. Kitchen looks lovely otherwise.
 
Yeah me neither, don't like the floor either which was existing, I think they chose the wall tiles to match.
 
the door and draw fronts go together nicly with the worktop, i like how that end bit of work top carrys on down the side of the unit. shame about the wall and floor tiles, there yuck! :sick:

Do like the kitchen, I'm leaning towards the tiles because I like the multi coloured approach but think that maybe some darker blue perhaps. This doesn't get away from it being excellent craftmanship.
 
I like the worktops and the kickplates matching, tiles let it down as mentioned, looks like a lovely fit and finish from the photo's.
