Scrumpy junkie
Hi All
As per title, does anyone who has the Jet 3520B know what thread is used on the big chunky live centre supplied with the lathe. (the thread exposed when the pointed end is removed to expose the ring centre)
I want to make a few custom centres to fit on the thread and get a tap to match. I know the US version, Powermatic PM3520B has an imperial thread at the headstock end and ours is supplied with the metric 33mm. The US live centre has a 3/4 x 10 thread, would jet have also changed this thread to a metric one for the European market?
Thanks
Phil
