Quite amazing really! I'm getting distinct Eastern European vibes from this video. It isn't as extreme as some of the Russian ones I've seen.............. The guy who converts his Lada to run on steam, or the one who builds a fully functioning jet engine in his garage. With the Russian ones, you get the distinct impression that alcohol might be involved somewhere in the mix.
