Just had a quick look at those blades, and they are ELFE machine,Be interested to see the blades you have ordered.
Manufacturer by Josef Haunstetter, never seen anything like them
Probably just a website update or something earlier it just kept timing out and wouldn't open, but like you it's working okay now.

You didn't type "henger" instead of "hegner" then as well, did you?!
Nope I'd had my morning tablets, and spell check was urking fur once
They run via cloudflare which was silently banning / blocking a lot of people trying to reach things a few days ago , GEO fencing acting up. Cloudflare actually went "unsilent" on me and told me it was and then was not blocking me.Normally hegner.co.uk would block me ..and for a short time ( after reading this thread ) it didn't , then it did, then open, now solid block. wf-education.com was up for me all the time..But after reading this thread ( despite not owning a Hegner ) I phoned Hegner France to ask had the UK end shut down..they thought that they would have heard were that the case as each country has it's own exclusive zone..they asked Hegner head office..The french office has just replied via email to me, forwarded directly the reply that they got from Hegner head office..Gist of it being ..yes ..Hegner UK and Ireland is existent and is wf-education.com ..BTW..I looked at both sites..France has different designations for some of the sawmodels, re variators etc and appears to be more expensive than wf-education..but France has more spares..The square ended nuts are 6 for €20.00 plus post..They can't sell to UK without getting in trouble with Hegner head office ( the french distributor is actually linked to Bordet ..with whom they share office, warehouse and phone ) Bordet are a well known woodworking and tool suppliers here.

Yes, flaming cloudflare is still blocking me from Hegner UK.
Maybe just order from TrumpLand and see if he blocks sales to SA
The USA site ( which I can get into from France has them..the tiny square head bolts ) they say that they ship internationally ( with some exceptions ) ..worth giving them a try.If you can get into the french site they are here ( https://www.hegner.fr/pieces-detach.../458-lot-de-6-vis-seules-pour-pince-lame.html ) .from research I was doing yesterday about postal rates the postage might be steep ( could be around €30.00 even for just that pack of 6 bolts.
The guy who would answer any email enquiry tells me that someone there does speak, read, write English. or I ( or deepl.com ) can translate for you..deepl is accurate in all it's language pairs of languages that I know, and people fluent in other languages tell me it is the same for them..Free up to about 250 words I think. In case the US say Hegner spares are on their "cannot send internationally list "..
BTW..I was talking with him about the Axminster excaliber type saws..His take on them was that they are very good, he said that they have noticed a fall off in Hegner sales since Axminster began selling them into Europe.He also confirmed that many people used fish tank pump systems in place of the Hegner bellows, in his opinion , works well. I got the impression that although he did not come out and say it , that he too thinks that Hegner are taking the yellow stuff with pricing.

Update on those blades from Germany, those blades I've never seen before turned out to be crown tooth blades! I found a picture and reference about them in a old book from 2002 The n we scroll saw handbook. They class them as two way cutting blades, I've had a quick test run and you have to slow the feed rate down quite a lot, but not much tear out but the kerf seems to be a little more than normal reverse cutting blades no7 used in my text ,all the blades come with rounded backs, haven't had time to have a play with some of the other types.
