Evolution Rage

Hello,

I intend to buy a circular saw in the not-too-distant. I don't want to spend a lot 'cos it'll be for rough(ish) ripping, as I have other tools for finer work (and I'm tight ;-).

Anywho, anyone had any experience of Evolution Rage tools? The ones that are marketed as being able to saw through steel as well as wood (n.b. I wouldn't be cutting through steel - that's what hacksaws/anglegrinders are for).

b&poo have them at half price in some stores at the moment well the one in oxford if your interested.

Thanks for the tip! Can you advise what price (ballpark, if you can't remember exactly)? I've had a look on the band q website, it it doesn't appear to be reduced. Not sure if that IS the lower price?

I have one of these for sale. £120 plus delivery or collection in person. Very little use. I used it to cut up some old wood taken from a renovation project and it cut through any nails with ease.
