Drum sanders

In your opinions would cleaning up a window after you have cut off the horns and M&T be too much ? I normally use a belt sander but it's quite time consuming flipping the window round and holding it in a vice etc .

No mate not really suitable
They are only for light finishing cuts not for heavy removal rates.
Also just checked out the current price :shock: mine was not where near that price. I don't think I could justify one now

Yes they do get clogged but the advantage with the spindle moulder is you can alter the hight and therefore use all the abrasive area

Hmmmm sounds like my clarke bench sander and belt sander would do a better job for what i want it for .
