dronfield wood vise

Hello all,
has anyone any knowledge of a woodworking vise from Dronfield tools. It has no screw/bolt holes and I can't discover how to fasten it to my bench. Is there something missing? It has the holes on the securing parts of the vise in order to attach the pieces of wood.

I used something similar many many moons ago for clamping books for spinal repair. It was meant to stand ontop of the table - after setting and clamping the book. (It also had a variety of slip over jaws for different book sizes). Not sure if this was it's manufactured job or simply a workable adaption though.
