Well done Waka it does not seem the same without the Ally Pally cloak of intrigue but it does look nice
Hope you found a home for the one it replaces

Nigel

Now Now Waka again you have almost tempted

One question Does it have a thing that goes round and round :?:

Hmmmmm!
Does it come with polarised Festool sunglasses?
At this rate you will have to go back to work......... :p

Good job I've been saving up all my angled cuts for you to have a go at, I'll bring me van so I can get it all in...

definitely the ubergloat of all time!
Martin

Interestingly, if you look at the clamping arrangments in Robert Inghams ('God' to those who know his work) workshop, you won't see a Bessy clamp (apart from edge clamping) in sight. Just a thought :-k - Rob

Sorry about the gloat guys, it really was unintentional.

Going to use it today in earnest so I'll start putting the review together.

Waka, if your off to the Lake district as I am this week try G&S specialist timber near Penrith they are having a demo day on Friday free food(last year) and loads of festool and other good geat. Dave

Excellent collection of Bessy's! We have them here in the states, but they lack some of the options you folks have available. (Especially the black and green ones.)

That has to be the single most subtle gloat that I've seen.

Regards,

Dan.

Subtle as a rhino hitting you over the head with a couple of bessey quick clamps and then sawing your leg off with a Kapex!

Stick around, Waka and Philly will teach you all there is to know about subtle gloats.

Cheers
Neil

The most outrageous gloat was perpetrated by the other Woodkateer when he got hold of that cronky old table that just 'happened' to be residing on a brand new tablesaur recently delivered. We all like to have the odd occasional gloat about something, but Martin's was in a Universe of its own - Rob

but waka are you only going to use the green thing to shorten your bessey clamps that have obviously become to unwieldy for you to handle properly.

does it come with a metal cutting blade

only just seen the words about that machine and there it is a proper working model.

that's not a gloat that is a GLOAT

can't wait for the review. and am interested to see how far it will actually cut, does it compete with a dewalt 708/718 in terms of cutting capacity.

Thanks for the tip, I might just call in there while I'm up that way.
