my answer, they can do what ever they like when they can afford it them selves.

lets face it, we all did didn't we........ smoke, drink whatever.... (I never smoked I must admit and don't drink an awful lot).

Lets face it, theres alot more dangerous stuff out there than a microwave mobile phone handset.
