Nothing wrong with using a tablesaw, as doorboy said. Use a blade with a high toothcount. (60 or above for a 10" tablesaw.) It can also be cut with a handheld circular saw (again high tooth count). Lay it on a sacrificial sheet of something such as ply/mdf/foam insulation and set the depth to just cut 3mm or so into the sacrificial sheet. Seaco also mentioned rotozip. I've done that successfully.
I think all the ways suggested will work. Hopefully you have one of the tools suggested and can use that, rather than searching around for a special tool for a one-off job.
