customised rail/style cutters

Does anybody know where I can get customized rail/style cutters for a spindle moulder?

I will be starting to scratch build my kitchen in Spring, and we are very fond of one particular profile we have found on one oak kitchen door that we are going to base our kitchen design around. Its nothing dramatic, but no cutters I have seen are an exact copy.

The sizes available with Axminster don't cater for the profile we want, hence why I am looking elsewhere.

If any of you have done this yourselves, please advise me on the cost also

Hi,

I had a pair of cutters and limiters made up for some moulding to match a 1910 moulding by a local saw and tool sharpening company for £100.
Not a bad price for HSS cutters they did about 40 meters of moulding and where still sharp. Either get the phone book out or I am sure someone will be along to soon to recommend a firm.
