Big thanks for big bash!

Just a short one to say a big thanks to Steve and Judith for making it a great day at Nottingham today. I, as I am sure everyone who attended really had a good time and would share with me in thanking them both for all the hard work they put into such a bash.

I had a great day out. Met up with old friends and put faces to names, played with some great planes and brought home a few nice bits as well.

I will be uploading the pictures from the camera, soon, but we have the grand kids over so you do have time to get the cheque in the post. :twisted: :wink:

Thank you both. I've slept most of the day!

Thank you all who helped, and I think that was just about everyone, I've never seen a place cleared up so quickly. And thank you, too, to all those who brought stuff to show, and those who donated stuff to the sale, and bought it, for that matter. We raised over £100 for the Children's Home in Sierra Leone, and when we Gift Aid it, they will get more than that. BTW, Mission Direct, the charity involved, pays for its modest offices out of general giving, not out of money donated for specific projects, so when I say this is for St George's, it means St. George's will get every penny.

It was great to meet you all.
