New member, workshop project and a couple of past projects

This is very impressive there must have been lots of careful measurements and plans drawn to be able to prefab everything so as to have such a smooth quick build. Which is always a good idea when the roof has to come off.

    Sky + Maintenance

Personally i have taken a chance on it failing so say a £80-£100 bill if this happens i will go for a hd box as it has the same record functions. these things usually fail quick or long term the power supply parts go.

    Hitachi M12V spares

Can not help with spares but have you considered a router table. Also with some metal rod you could make one in hard wood.

Norm's New Yankee Workshop Router table - improvements?

Its quite big this table my mods were to fit castors and not to have pipes at the back with a riser at one side so those draws are shorter with outlet to extractor and flex hose to fence connected to it on the side internal baffles were altered to make it work .

Flat roof shop extension part 2

OPJ Its just a length of ply fixed to the metal fence with two bolts paper is used to shim it straight. If the holddown is to high use a block of wood between it and the job. I use a trend depth gauge to help me square the cutter to the fence.

Problem with axminster rubber tyred castors

From the above replies it seems that rubber tyred castors are not ideal for there purpose they do absorb small imperfections in the floor but suffer from the load they have to carry due to the chemistry of the rubber. I think axminster (who have not offered any comments on this thread) should...

Problem with axminster rubber tyred castors
