Information please, I have inherited an SIP 10"bandsaw (model no longer made) and have a need to cut 22mm aluminium bar.
Question is, will I ruin the SIP by cutting metal with it (appropriate blade of course) or should I buy a cheap Draper 8" model just for cutting metal and keep the SIP for wood, which it is not likely to get much use at present. Your thoughts and expertise please.
