Where to buy lignum ?

Any ideas? Im after a bit big enough to turn a mallet head from. I've looked and looked and looked for cheap bowling balls. The majority on ebay all seem to be really good condition ones fetching any thing from 25-30 quid time you include delivery :shock: I'll try the booty again tomorrow but not holding my breathe.

Just put a load of the ebay ones on your watch list and make sure you're around to bag a bargain if and when it comes up.

Other than that, just knock over an oldie as they leave the bowling club.... and grab their balls! :wink:

Look for small local auctions, I picked up a set of 4 for a fiver. Make sure you know what you're buying though, the first set I bid on turned out to be made of some kind of plastic...
