Tnimble,
the first person i have ever come across who has heard of Godspeedyoublackemperor, truly great music. For the uninitiated like the ELO and Led Zeppelin in the middle of a train crash, I saw them live in Cologne, truly epic music. Did you try Raise Your Skiny Fists like Antennaes To Heaven.

Good surname or what, quite agree pretentious cobblers but it sounds great at a certain age, what were you smoking? I picked it up in a charity shop recently to remind myself how good it might have been, lasted 5 minutes, but John Mcloughlin is probab;ly the best guitarist of all time.

Music, the food of life.

I know of at least two other guys who know them / their projects. Haven't seem him / them life, would like to do so sometime. I missed them in late 200 or the beginning of 2001 when they where in Amsterdam for a recording session and a small 'intimate' concert. Would loved to chat with them for a bit.
