just a little note with reference to an earlier thread i submitted about traditional german christmas designs like schwib...candle arches and so on...
i was really struggling to buy and download from Volkners site http://www.va-holzkunst.de/
although it has an english translation when you reached the checkout it returned to German and i just couldn't work out some of the abbreviations and details they reqiured

i can now say i'm the happy owner of large quantity of Volkners designs and looking forward to the new year when i can get started on them!! i e-mailed them at the site and they were more than happy to help as Volkner himself gave them permission to deal with me direct, the sites run by Kyle and Karen Sheffer and i just thought i'd share the fact they were fantastic help and went out of their way for me, not only did i find the price really reasonable, the postage worked out at about an extra $4 which i didn't think was bad at all and only took a total of 9 days to reach me!
like i say just thought i'd share just if there are any more who would be interested in the future, its a good site to visit and if you e-mail them with a question direct they soon get a response to you, i can certainly give them the thumbs up =D>
