Just completed this Vivarium for one of the family they supplied the materials which is melamine covered chipboard. Horrible stuff did not like using it. It measured about 3ft X 2ft X2ft.
I used the bench saw to create the sliding panel frame giving it two slots one for each panel I made the top slots deeper so that the clear panels can be removed

Did you seal all the edges? :D
vivariums are 24 hour heated moisture tanks, they'll love untreated chipboard.

There are no cut edges on the inside and there is also a bead of sealer on all of the internal corners. The cut edges that are on the outside will be covered as well but by the new owner
