Given the bigoted vilification of Trump and his supporters have received from the left wingers on here alone, based on their prejudices it was Harris's election to lose but you know what they say about including bigotry with chickens and counting...it's the maths of morons.
I find it somewhat odd that you would dare call us all bigots for pointing out the things that Trump has both said and done. Myself and others have listed numerous factually correct examples to explain our positions.

I've asked you numerous times to provide examples to the contrary and to justify your wide sweepings statements of 'Democrats disgusting behaviour' or 'the left is all X or Y', but just like Trump you have chosen to ignore or completely change the subject to avoid having to actually back up anything you believe.

Oh come on mate, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's isn't just a tad fed up with your derailing every thread with diatribes against any one who doesn't share your particular political view. Today we're morons. Or are you just trolling?
You mean I don't put up with or agree with some of the left wing political garbage and bigotry spouted on here and elsewhere?
This is typical of every open forum I've ever visited where left wingers frequent.
If they don't like someone's views they don't debate they simply target them en-masse with personal attacks and ridicule for holding a different opinion to theirs in order to silence them or make them reluctant to post again.
Every forum it seems has the same type of mentally challenged clan and it drives many decent posters away.

I was going to make that point (that people have only been highlighting things Trump has actually said and done), but I don't think it makes any difference to the believers.

Still, at least when it all goes bad (again), peope will learn. Just as the people who supported Brexit have realised it was a mistake, in the face of the cold hard evidence of the consequences. Ahem.

Tony’s diatribe is built on emotion not rational thought….so you will never get a reasoned response, it doesn’t exist.

I think it is more because he's the only one that stayed put and stood up to the left wing pile-on that inevitably happens whenever anyone goes against the liberal elite's views.
I'm happy to debate the pro's and con's of both sides. There have been numerous examples and lists of why Trump is an awful person and should never be allowed in power. The only thing I've learnt on the contrary is that Trump will be good because Kamala is bad or words to that effect.

As for 'Liberal elite' it is hilarious that anyone thinks that Trump is not part of the elite and is some sort of man of the people. He is a billionaire supported by billionaires including the richest man in the world. He lives in a multi-million dollar golf resort!!!! How people cannot see the stink, I cannot get my head around. Drain the swamp - he is the swamp! He is literally giving the richest man in the world, who gets most of his money from government contracts, the keys to the government funds.

Anyone with a modicum of intelligence and eyes that open, could see how the Democrats and their supporters behaved after Trump won the presidency first time around and how they did all in their power to bring him down during and after his presidency.

Those people are all what's wrong with America and traitors to their country. They behaved like a corrupt political party of a third world nation and their name 'Democrat' is an oxymoron. If they were true Democrats they would have accepted Trump as the president but they wouldn't.

To be honest I find it it's a waste of time debating with thick bigoted people as they only bring you down to their level.

Tony, we live in a free country you have the prefect right to be narrow minded and uninformed…..I respect your right to do so, but please try not to get angry with other people who have rational thought and are able to debate with reason, evidence, facts, data.

Have a lovely day :)

Of course the flip side to this is that this isn't some race where you win and you get a nice trophy and go home. He now has to do a job for the next 4 years. He was looking pretty tired doing the campaigning, I don't believe he actually wants to do the job and I can't imagine that it is actually that much fun being in charge of a country, especially now that he somehow has to deport 10million people, bring peace to the middle east, bring peace to Ukraine (in 24 hrs), decrease all of the costs of living whilst putting tariffs on imported goods, all whilst trying to get in as many rounds of golf as he can. It doesn't seem like Melania wants to be part of it. Unless of course he just grants himself a pardon and resigns.

Good luck to him.

It's not my problem if you're narrow minded and uninformed....that's your prerogative so you have a lovely day too! ;)
Meanwhile I'll enjoy my day watching Trump stick one up to to the Democrats and the rest of the bitter lefties LOL

Keir Starmer and Donald Trump dine for 2 hours

.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer held a two-hour dinner with U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump in the first face-to-face meeting between the pair.

The Labour leader and former president dined at Trump Tower in New York on Thursday night (early Friday morning in London) after Starmer delivered a speech at the U.N. General Assembly.

The two men discussed the “longstanding friendship between the United Kingdom and the United States and the importance of continuing to develop the strong and enduring partnership between our two countries,

Keir will need to sack Lammy if he wants any chance of building bridges with the new American government. Did anyone really think Harris actually stood a realistic chance, I think the Americans like the underdog and all those legal challenges against him just handed him more supporters and all the giggling and schoolgirl antics of Harris just did not cut it with the hardcore of America where people walk around as if it was still the wild west.

I was probably wrong with 'liberal elite', 'progressive liberals' would be more accurate.
And a perfect example of the usual response here is to point at Trump and do some 'whataboutery'. I never said he's not part of some elite group, there's a good argument to say he is but it has nothing to do with my point.

I don't think he can or should sack him. We would have the 'America's poodle' jibes all over again. He should never have made him foreign secretary in the first place.
