Im trying to get my head around how to router this:

I have some pieces of 200mm x 25mm x 20mm Sapele/Maple which i want to put a roundover on the edge but only 100mm of the 200mm length.

I have a router table with a fence and a track stop. So i set the track stop at 100mm.

I router the right hand edge and it hits the track stop...Then i need to router the left hand edge..

I can not run it the opposite way and put a track stop at 100mm at the other end of the fence as ill be routering the wrong way to the cutters rotation?

But then i dont want to really start the routering half way along the piece and run to the end of the piece.

So hows the best way to do it? Thanks (if that makes sense?)

If I am understanding you it should be possible to do this without making a climb cut.

The first cut is made with the 25mm face against the table and the 20mm face against the fence.

Flip the work piece and make the second cut but with the 20mm face against the table and the 25mm face against the fence.
