Just visited my local B&Q, (Sealand Road, Chester) and they are selling off their stock of the above at £30 each.
They had about six left an hour ago in case there's anyone nearby.

Many thanks for this heads up. Bought one in Chester today. 2 left at 1530hrs. I have the original Elu one and it has been a super piece of kit so this one is pure greed but at £30 it would have been naughty not to have bought one. Cheers!
