The pitfalls of picking up a machine!

I picked up my bargin £36 wadkin Bursgreen BEL today from a joinery shop that went out of business,
I loaded the machine easily enough and the guy said did I want to see the unsold list.....

I thought what the hell, while I'm here it makes sense.
Nothing on the unsold list really floated my boat,
He then said if there was anything else that wasn't on the list I could make an offer on..

Well the state of my van says it all! A 2.4mx1.3 vacuum bag, a load of brass square bars and pieces, also hafele led hanging rail and led strip, 4 saw blades, fabric and a nuce piece of wallpaper and a hell of a lot of some very nice veneer!

I know there is sapele, elm, oak, birch, tulip, but a few I can only guess of eucalyptus so I'd anyone can help I'd the veneers I would appreciate it.

I spent 4 times what I paid for the spindle moulder on it all but has to be over 3K's worth of materials

The spindle spins smoothly and everything is there that I can see, will have to wire it up and see, the company had a newer i-tech spindle with tilting so what I'm really hoping that the company wanted to upgrade the spindle so just unwired it and pushed it against the wall and left it.....

Looks like curly/flamed maple Sycamore The greyness looks like it's been dyed. (I thought it might have been wet but looking again dyed)

I agree with the Sycamore, lookinga at a veneer supplier there are lots of dyed

looking at capital crisp London they do a lot of dyed veneers and I think I have lots of that, also looking up the company I have found a few pictures with the veneers named lol
