I keep hearing good things about the Festool Domino, but yet to play with one! Ive bought a few Festool tools lately and very impressed with them

I'd love to have machine to dado with - i see our American cousins doing it all the time and can see its worth - ive been using my mitre saw to similar effect, but its not ideal.

The domino is superior to a biscuit jointer.
No contest; other than price, and also cost of the dominoes; although it's easy enough to make your own 'custard-creams'!
A biscuit-jointer is quite adequate for lightweight doors mind.
Five minutes work by hand, and the more you do the better you get at it.
